Waiting For Spring

3-24-2013   41 degree  calling for snow tonight....

What happened to spring? It was beautiful a week ago. Now we have 2,000 violas in the garage waiting out this next storm.
The signs are all there. The seedling trees' buds are swelling, the Kale and Chard seed are germinating in the cold frame. It's time for this winter business to move on.
On a brighter side, here is a planting that turned out nicely.......

Red Russian Kale seed sowed in with the daffodils last fall  . Not bad!
